Definition
查收 is a formal verb used in written correspondence — especially emails, letters, and official notices — to politely ask the recipient to check and confirm receipt of an enclosed item, document, or shipment. It often appears in the pattern '请查收' ('please check and accept'). It is not used in casual conversation.
