枯萎 (kūwěi) describes something that has withered, dried up, or shriveled, especially plants or flowers. It is an adjective, unlike 萎缩 (wěisuō, verb) which focuses on the process of shrinking or atrophying (plants, muscles, industries), and 凋谢 (diāoxiè, verb) which specifically means flowers or leaves wilting and falling off. 干枯 (gānkū) is a close adjective synonym but emphasizes being completely dried out.
