Definition
木马计 refers to the Trojan Horse stratagem from Greek mythology — a deceptive tactic where a hidden force is introduced into an enemy's stronghold under the guise of a harmless gift. In modern Chinese, it is used both literally (the ancient story) and figuratively for any trick that infiltrates from within, such as a computer Trojan horse (木马病毒). The term is a set phrase (成语-like) and is not used as a general word for 'trick' or 'deception'.
