暴光 (bào guāng) is a verb meaning 'to expose' — either photographic film to light ('to develop') or, more commonly in modern usage, to expose a scandal, secret, or wrongdoing to the public. It is a variant spelling of 曝光 (bào guāng), which is the standard form, but both are used in Chinese. The word is not separable, so you can add objects directly after it (e.g. 暴光丑闻 'expose a scandal'). Be careful not to confuse it with 曝光 (pù guāng), which is a separate reading for the same characters used in photography.
