暇 is a bound form (b.f.) meaning 'free time' or 'leisure'. It almost never appears alone — you'll find it in two-character words like 空闲 (kòngxián, free time) is more common, but 暇 appears in 闲暇 (xiánxiá, leisure time), 无暇 (wúxiá, have no time), and 目不暇接 (mùbùxiájiē, too many things to see). Because it's a bound form, you can't use 暇 by itself as a noun; it must be part of a compound.
