Definition
无聊 (wú liáo) describes either a person's feeling of boredom or an activity/thing as boring and uninteresting. Unlike 没意思 (méi yìsi), which only applies to things ('not interesting'), 无聊 can also describe a person's bored state. 枯燥 (kū zào) is a more specific word for content that is dry and dull.
