Definition
无所不为 is a four-character idiom (chengyu) that literally means 'there is nothing one does not do'. In practice, it describes someone who will stop at nothing to achieve their goal, often implying unscrupulous or evil actions. It carries a strong negative connotation and is used to criticize someone's lack of moral limits.
