Definition
无可 is an auxiliary-like element used before a disyllabic verb or in fixed phrases to indicate impossibility or that nothing can be done about a situation. It often appears in common idioms such as 无可奉告 ('no comment'), 无可救药 ('incurable / beyond hope'), and 无可厚非 ('not blameworthy / understandable').
