旅行 (lǚ xíng) means 'to travel' and is a general, somewhat formal term for making a journey, often long-distance. 旅游 (lǚ yóu) is more specific to tourism and sightseeing; 旅行 can also cover business or other travel, while 旅游 is always for pleasure.
