散心 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to relax and take your mind off things'. It splits to insert aspect markers or reduplicate: 散散心 (to relax a bit), 散了心 (have relaxed). You don't place the object of worry after 散心 directly; instead, use a phrase like 出去散散心.
