Definition
收摊 is a separable verb (离合词, 收 + 摊) meaning 'to pack up the stall for the day', used literally for street vendors or figuratively to mean 'call it a day / wrap up work'. When you need to insert aspect particles (了, 过), measure words, or duration, you split the two parts: 收了摊 ('packed up the stall'), 收过两次摊 ('packed up twice'), 收完摊 ('finished packing up'). The person who packs up is usually the subject; the object (the stall) is already part of the word.
