捉迷藏 is a fixed three-character phrase that literally means 'catch-hide-hide' but refers to the children's game hide-and-seek. It is always used with the verb 玩 (wán) — you say 玩捉迷藏, not 捉迷藏 alone as a verb. The phrase is idiomatic and cannot be broken apart.
