指日可待 is a chengyu (four-character idiom) literally meaning 'point at the day and it can be waited for' — the point is that a desired event is so close you can count the days. It's used to describe something very likely to happen in the near future, like success, results, or a solution. It's more formal and emphatic than 就快 or 马上.
