Definition
招蜂引蝶 is a four-character idiom (chengyu). Its literal translation is 'attract bees and butterflies,' but it is almost always used figuratively to describe someone (traditionally a woman) who is very flirtatious and attracts many romantic admirers. The connotation is often mildly negative or disapproving, suggesting that the person intentionally draws attention from the opposite sex. It can also be shortened to just 招蜂 in casual speech.
