拉稀 is a colloquial separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to have diarrhea' and, in extended slang, 'to be completely exhausted/pooped'. The verb 拉 and the noun 稀 can split: you can insert time, frequency, or complements between them, e.g. 拉了一次稀 ('had diarrhea once'), 拉了三天稀 ('had diarrhea for three days').
