抢险 means 'to rush to handle a sudden dangerous situation' — used for natural disasters, accidents, or engineering emergencies. As a separable verb (离合词), you can insert elements between 抢 and 险: 抢了三次险, 抢过一次险. You can also use it without splitting: 抢险队伍, 抢险工作.
