情怀 (qínghuái) refers to a deep, idealistic sentiment or emotional attachment to something noble, nostalgic, or artistic — like patriotism, youth, or a past era. It is more elevated and abstract than 心情 (mood) or 情绪 (emotions), and unlike 情感 (feelings in general), it carries a sense of romantic or poetic idealism.
