态度 (tài dù) is the general word for 'attitude' — how you think, feel, or behave toward something or someone. It's broader than 心态 (xīn tài, 'mindset, mental state'), which focuses on inner psychology, and more abstract than 举止 (jǔ zhǐ, 'bearing, manners'), which refers to outward physical behavior. 姿态 (zī tài) can also mean 'attitude' but often implies a deliberate stance or posture, literal or figurative.
