忾 (kài) is a bound form (b.f.) meaning 'hatred' or 'anger'. It almost never appears alone in modern Chinese — you'll only encounter it in the fixed two-character expression 同仇敌忾 (tóng chóu dí kài), a chengyu meaning 'to share a common hatred for the enemy'. Outside of that idiom, the character is essentially unused in everyday speech or writing.
