心急 is a stative verb that describes a state of impatience or anxiety. It literally means 'heart is urgent' and is commonly used to say someone is anxious or can't wait. You can use it with 别 to advise someone not to be impatient (别心急), and it appears in the proverb 心急吃不了热豆腐 ('haste makes waste').
