待产 is a verb-object compound (离合词) meaning 'to await childbirth' or 'to be due for delivery'. The verb 待 can be separated from the object 产 to insert aspect markers or time expressions, e.g. 待了三天产 ('waited three days for delivery'). It is commonly used in hospital contexts when a pregnant woman is admitted before giving birth.
