Definition
弹子 (dàn) refers to small balls used in slingshots (slingshot pellets). It can also refer to the game of marbles or, less commonly, billiards. For billiards, the more common term is 台球 (tái qiú); for marbles, 弹珠 (dàn zhū) is also used. 弹子 is somewhat dated or regional for these games.
