弯腰 is a separable verb-object compound (离合词). It means 'to bend over' or 'to stoop down'. In use, the verb 弯 and the object 腰 can be separated to insert a measure word, duration, or result complement — for example, 弯了一次腰 ('bent over once'), 弯下腰来 ('bent down and stayed that way'). You can also modify 腰 with a possessive: 弯着腰干活 ('work while bent over').
