年纪 (nián jì) is the everyday, colloquial word for a person's age, common in speech. It is less formal than 年龄 (nián líng), which is neutral and used in writing or official contexts. 岁数 (suì shu) is also colloquial but often appears in questions or when emphasizing advanced age.
