峰会 (fēng huì) refers specifically to a summit meeting of top leaders, especially international ones. It differs from 大会 (dà huì 'general assembly, conference'), which can be any large meeting, and from 高峰 (gāo fēng) and 巅峰 (diān fēng), which mean 'peak' (mountain or figurative) — not a meeting.
