屉 is a bound form (b.f.) that appears mainly in compound words. Its core meaning is 'drawer' (as in 抽屉 chōuti) or 'tiered steamer basket' (as in 笼屉 lóngtì). You won't use 屉 alone as a standalone word — it always attaches to another morpheme to form a noun.
