对光 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to focus (a camera, telescope, etc.)' or 'to adjust the optical power (of eyeglasses)'. The verb 对 ('to aim/adjust') splits from the noun 光 ('light/optics') when inserting measure words or complements, e.g. 对了一次光 ('focused once').
