Definition
富于 means 'to be rich in' or 'to be full of', but it is used almost exclusively with abstract qualities (imagination, creativity, passion, poetic charm) in formal or written Chinese — you would NOT say 富于水 for 'rich in water' (use 富含 instead). Treat it as a stative verb + object pattern: subject + 富于 + abstract noun.
