Definition
客官 is a polite form of address used in traditional China by shopkeepers, innkeepers, and waitstaff to refer to a customer, especially in restaurants, teahouses, and inns. It's equivalent to 'sir' or 'guest' in a commercial context and is now mostly used in historical fiction and period dramas.
