Definition
实行 (shí xíng) is the everyday word for implementing a policy, system, or plan. It is more general than 执行 (zhí xíng), which focuses on carrying out a specific order or task, and less formal than 实施 (shí shī), which is common in legal/regulatory contexts. 实践 (shí jiàn) means 'put into practice' an idea or theory, not a policy.
