Definition
守信用 means 'to keep one's word' or 'to be trustworthy'. It is a separable verb (离合词) — the verb 守 and the object 信用 can split when you insert a measure word, duration, or aspect marker between them: 守过信用 ('have kept one's word'), 守一次信用 ('keep one's word once'). Typically you don't put the person you're promising after 守信用 directly; instead say 对某人守信用 ('keep one's word to someone').
