学学 is the reduplicated form of the verb 学 (to learn). In Chinese, verb reduplication (VV pattern) softens the tone, making the action sound casual, brief, or tentative — like 'learn a bit' or 'have a try at learning'. You can use it when suggesting someone give learning something a shot, or when describing light/easy study.
