学士 (xuéshì) refers to a bachelor's degree or the person holding it, e.g., 文学学士 (Bachelor of Arts). 本科 (běnkē) means 'undergraduate program' and is used attributively, as in 本科课程 (undergraduate courses). Use 学士 for the degree/title itself, and 本科 to describe the program level.
