Definition
存心 (cún xīn) is both a verb ('to harbor a usually negative intention') and an adverb ('deliberately, on purpose'). As an adverb, it's similar to 故意 (gù yì) but often implies a malicious or scheming motive, making it more negative. 特意 (tè yì) is positive/neutral and not an appropriate synonym.
