嫂子 (sǎo zi) is the colloquial term for your older brother's wife — a specific family relation, not just any sister-in-law. Unlike 老婆 (wife) or 伯母 (aunt by marriage), it's used both as a title (calling her directly) and as a noun (talking about her).
