Definition
姑奶奶 is a kinship term that can refer to either the married daughter of the family (from the perspective of her parents' generation) or the sister of one's paternal grandfather (i.e., the father's aunt). In informal usage, it can also be used as a respectful or slightly playful address for an older married woman, especially in northern Chinese dialects.
