好使 is a stative verb used to describe tools, devices, or equipment that are convenient to use and work well. You can say '很∼' or '真∼' to say something is easy to operate or functions properly. The dictionary also lists a 'so that' sense, but that usage is rare in modern Chinese and is better learned as a separate conjunction pattern; for most everyday situations, 好使 simply means 'works well' or 'is easy to use'.
