Definition
大块头 is an informal, often derogatory noun used to describe a person who is very large in build — either tall and muscular or overweight. The literal meaning is 'big block head', but it's applied to the whole physique. You can use it neutrally among close friends, but outside that context it often sounds rude or dismissive (like 'big guy' or 'fatso' in English).
