Definition
处事 (chǔ shì) emphasizes the manner, experience, and approach one takes in handling affairs—especially in work or interpersonal contexts. It is more abstract and philosophical than 办事 (bàn shì), which refers to carrying out a concrete task or errand. 处置 (chǔ zhì) is stronger and often implies taking disciplinary action or decisive handling.
