坐定 has two main uses. The primary meaning is 'to be seated' or 'to sit down firmly,' often after finding one's place. A secondary dialectal (topolectical) meaning is 'to be destined or doomed' — usually in a fixed situation one cannot escape, like a predetermined outcome. This word is not separable in the style of a 离合词.
