因为 (yīn wèi) is the standard, everyday word for 'because' or 'because of' in both speech and writing. It is more common and neutral than 由于 (yóu yú, HSK4), which is more formal and typical in written Chinese, and much more common than 因 (yīn, HSK6), which is literary and used in fixed phrases.
