唧唧喳喳 (jī jī zhā zhā) is an onomatopoeia that imitates the sound of birds chirping or people chattering, especially when several people talk excitedly at the same time. It is often used to describe lively, noisy situations — you can use it as a standalone sound word or with 地 to modify a verb.
