吐槽 (tǔ cáo) is a modern, informal verb meaning 'to roast' or 'to humorously gripe' — it's a lighthearted, witty criticism, not a serious complaint. Unlike 抱怨 (bào yuàn) or 埋怨 (mán yuàn), which express genuine dissatisfaction or blame, 吐槽 is playful and often shared on social media. It has nothing to do with cooking (烤, 烧, 烧烤).
