Definition
合群 describes a person's ability to fit in with a group or get along well with others. It's a separable verb (离合词) — you can insert elements between 合 and 群, such as 合不了群 (can't fit in) or 合得来群 (get along with the group). It's most commonly used as a stative verb (s.v.) in the pattern 很合群 (very sociable).
