Definition
另行 is used before a verb to indicate that an action will be performed separately or at a different time, typically in formal or administrative contexts. It never stands alone as an independent verb — it always modifies the verb that follows, as in 另行通知 (to notify separately) or 另行安排 (to arrange separately).
