Definition
口服 has two common but distinct uses. Medically, it means 'to take (medicine) orally' — the standard way to specify that a drug is taken by mouth (as opposed to injection or topical application). In everyday conversation, it can describe someone 'verbally accepting or conceding' (often in the collocation 口服心不服, meaning 'agree in words but not in heart'). The two senses are unrelated in structure, so context tells you which one is intended.
