Definition
取款 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to withdraw money' from a bank account. The verb 取 and the object 款 can split to insert a measure word, duration, or amount — for example, 取一次款 ('withdraw money once') or 取了一万块钱 ('withdrew 10,000 yuan'). You cannot put an amount directly after 取款; instead, split it: 取了一笔款, not 取款了一笔.
