Definition
卸货 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to unload cargo'. The verb 卸 can separate from the noun 货 when adding time, count, or result: 卸了三次货 ('unloaded cargo three times'), 卸完货 ('finish unloading'). You cannot put a direct object after 卸货 — the cargo is already built into the word.
