危险期 literally means 'dangerous period', but it has specific uses depending on context: it can refer to a timeframe when a situation is dangerous (e.g. the dangerous period of an epidemic), a critical phase in a medical condition (e.g. the acute stage of an illness), and in colloquial speech it often refers to the fertile period of a woman's menstrual cycle.
