Definition
包场 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning to book an entire venue — a theater, restaurant, or event space — for a private gathering or company event. The two syllables 包 and 场 can split when inserting duration, frequency, or a measure word: 包了一个场 ('booked a venue'), 包过几次场 ('booked venues a few times'). You can also drop a specific location between them: 包电影院场 ('book the whole cinema').
